RIVER BEND FILM FESTIVAL


Thursday (7:30 p.m. – 11 p.m.) – FREE
Our annual free Thursday night screening is 7:30 p.m. – 11 p.m. in room 1001 in Weikamp Hall at Indiana University South Bend, which is sponsored by the Ernestine M. Raclin School of the Arts.  View some work by the college’s New Media students, a variety of shorts, and the feature Finding Xanadu: The Life & Films of Samuel W. Truss, a student-produced mockumentary chronicling the life of an Indiana filmmaker.

Come and show off your VIDEO WORK!!
All you need to do is show up with a quicktime on a thumb drive or have it posted to YouTube or Vimeo. All students, staff, and faculty are welcome to come and show work in progress and or finished pieces. If you have any questions please email:

The last open screening night of the semester is this month. The previous open screening night was our best yet, with lots of participation and great comments. Remember, this is completely open--you can bring work in progress, experiments, finished pieces, whatever you're willing to share. And you don't have be part of Arts Codec, this is for any IUSB student, staff, or faculty member interested in motion media. Bring a friend, bring ten! Everyone is welcome, as we dream of a standing-room-only crowd...
